It's time for New Year's Resolutions!

Happy New Year!

Here we go! Welcome to 2026!! It's a new dawn, it's a new day, it's a new life for you! It is time to celebrate new beginnings as 2026 adds up to the number one. Last year, 2025 was a 9 year, that meant we had a lot of letting go to do, a lot of loss and endings. But now new things will appear in our lives as if out of nowhere to fill the void. The last time we had a "1" year was in 2017. You may want to spend some time reviewing your new beginnings for clues to how the year ahead could unfold for you. January 1st - Rabbit Rabbit!! Happy New Year!! Let's bring in all the luck for the year ahead. I am loving how the energy begins with Venus in Capricorn with the Sun and Mars, all speaking in harmony with the Nodes of fate and karma. You are being guided on the most effective goals for 2026. The South Node in Virgo is helping us let go of what no longer serves us while the North Node in Pisces guides us towards our dreams. With the Capricorn energy, there may be big changes in government and finances. It is finally time to start your new financial ventures! Your hard work is paying off this year. Today you may meet someone who will help you financially in the year ahead. Wait to sign on the line after Mercury settles into the sign of Capricorn tomorrow.

January 2nd - Mercury in Capricorn now, means we have 4 planets in the sign. There is a brief standoff with the Moon in its home sign of Cancer making sure we are balancing the our work and home life, also the masculine and feminine energies. Mercury has all the details you need to make your big launch a huge success, just don't skip over any of them. Chiron the planet that teaches us how to heal our wounds is finally moving ahead again. This is actually an asteroid that moves between Uranus and Saturn's orbits. The god of the sky Uranus, and his traitorous son Saturn. So I would say there is a lot of family pain associated with our wounds. In the sign of Aries we have been working on healing ourselves. Now that we have finished the internal work it's time to get to work helping others.

January 3rd - its the first full moon of the year and it's in the Moon's home sign of Cancer, that means it is extra powerful. The Moon is facing off against heavy hitters all in Capricorn, Venus, the Sun and Mars. This is a battle between what the government wants and what families want. With the Nodes still being activated its also completion, conclusions that are supported by destiny. Take a look where you have planets at 13 degrees in your chart, especially in Capricorn and Cancer, those are where the big changes can occur. January 5th - Venus and the sun combine at 15 degrees of Capricorn for Venus Cazimi. This makes Venus invisible, it also means she is transitioning from a morning to an evening star. It will take several weeks before she will be visible again as she is hidden by the light of the Sun until February. And that means the topics of love and money, even beauty may feel harder to grasp, or they happen in secret. So go ahead and slink away to that beauty retreat and get a little work done!

January 7th - it's a powerful day with the Sun, Venus and Mars all conjunct in the sign of Capricorn at 17 degrees, it's a double cazimi with the lover's of the Zodiac. Because the planets will be together for several days in this Cazimi energy, being reborn by the Sun, there may be several shocking events that occur over this 3 day period. There may be those who are trying to hold you back, or hold you down. There may be famous lover's in the spotlight and turning up the heat. Jupiter retrograde in Cancer is opposing these authoritarian, explosive characters in the sign of Capricorn. The planet of blessings is showing you how to find your heart in order to manage this tension. This may be bringing up all kinds of painful memories from the past. Give yourself some grace and just rest over the next several days as this builds in intensity.

January 8th - some good news arrives today as Mercury now speaks in harmony with the nodes of fate and karma. Even though we are in the throws of at least the threat of another government shutdown there is likely to be a peace offering made that will move things forward, finally. But the arguing will continue as the planets in Capricorn keep marching forward together and being opposed by Jupiter in Cancer.

January 10th - this may be the most intense day this week as we have a cardinal cross with the Moon in Libra, Chiron in Aries, Jupiter in Cancer and the Sun and Mars with Venus in Capricorn all in a battle for control. This can be a very emotional legal battle of some kind that is pushing everyone's buttons. It's time to carefully listen to all sides and decide how to meet everyone's needs fairly. If you can't then you may fold under all the pressure. Best to find a compromise.

January 11th - Venus is the first of the Capricorn planets to square off exactly with Chiron in Aries as it is just gaining speed to move ahead, all while still engaging with Jupiter's teachings. In order to love again we first have to heal our self confidence, we have to love ourselves if we want to be able to love others. This can be a good day to heal any rifts you have with a loved one. If you have any toxic behaviors related to love or money, it's time to make some changes.

January 12th - Now it's the Sun in Capricorn shining a light on your lack of confidence. Some may be a little too much in their ego to see how their behavior is offending others. The Sun can show you how to be more in control of your ego and get to work helping others instead. The t-cross, which is 2 squares and an opposition, that is being formed has Chiron at the top. This is where the energy from all the pressure escapes. In Aries you have to be careful not to lost your head!

January 13th - Next up is Mars, ruler of the sign of Aries. These two, Chiron and Mars, have been having struggles throughout 2025, and now it's time to settle things once and for all. Mars is telling Chiron it's time to stop crying over spilt milk and just act like a man. This is the energy you need to battle your wounds and put them to rest for good! Even Jupiter in Cancer has been trying to teach you this for the last 3 months of 2025. Something may come to a head this week that finally gives you clarity and helps you heal for good.

January 14th - Mercury in Capricorn is the final planet to face off with Jupiter in Cancer. The facts are trying to fight against intuition. My money is on Jupiter in Cancer, it's the much stronger energy. It is going to pull at the heartstrings of the past and share the truth, whether the government wants to listen or not. Young leaders in government roles may be in a fight with families. Ice may not stand a chance against the power of Jupiter.

January 15th - Jupiter has made you stand up for your need for emotional security for the past week. It looks like the pressure has produced a diamond in the rough. Now we have a minor triangle between Venus in Capricorn, Saturn in Pisces and Uranus in Taurus, all at 27 degrees. An ending is what we get from the number 9, 2 + 7, an emotional one, that serves the greater good. Whatever this opportunity is, there are a lot of people lining up to help you over the next several days, make this a success.

January 17th - it's the Sun's turn to shine a light on this heartfelt opportunity that you have to succeed with the help of others. You have the plan, Saturn, the financial resources from the past, Uranus, and all the confidence, Sun, that you could possibly need to make whatever this is for you a huge success. Follow your heart and the way forward will be clear and rewarding.

January 18th - Mars and Mercury join forces to give you the motivation and the information you need to bring this big idea into your reality, you don't just have to dream anymore. Remember the Saturn and Neptune retrogrades last year were all about reviewing the dream you once had for yourself. Now is the time where you are ready to launch that dream into your reality. Everything is aligning perfectly. Never in your wildest dreams did you think it would get this big this fast. Especially if you have personal planets at the 27 degree mark in Capricorn, Pisces and Taurus, your life is about to change. For good. Because this is the new moon in the sign of Capricorn. January 19th - Venus quietly slipped onto the sign of Aquarius while all the heavy hitters were talking the past few days. Here she meets up with Pluto and you may find that you are suddenly making some powerful connections. This is a good time to invest in your presence on the internet. This is the perfect time to find your tribe. Venus and Pluto combine to bring change to the Crypto world, so just be warned. With Mars and Uranus in Taurus still speaking in harmony it could be a rather big day financially.

January 20th - Happy Birthday all you Aquarius Sun's out there. The Sun is in your sign for the next 30 days. Mercury joins in the celebration with the Sun, Pluto and Venus all in the sign of Aquarius now. People feel called to come together and be of service to others right now. They also feel called to break free of anything that has them feeling stuck or trapped, so will you.

January 21st - Mercury meets up with the Sun for it's latest fire bath, or what we call Cazimi! It seems like Mercury gets in trouble alot, but the Sun is always there to keep him on track and out of trouble. So yet again it's time for a mental reset. In the process the internet could get a bit wonky, so back up all those presentation materials. Watch out for large groups of people to come together to protest something for the next several days. Meeting at 2 degrees of Aquarius means balanced is about to be restored.

January 22nd - Mars at the 29th degree of Capricorn is testing you as it speaks in harmony with Neptune in Pisces. What have you done to take action on your dreams? Now is the time for you to do something if you have been dragging your feet for the past 6 weeks while Mars has been in Capricorn. This is the day where your strength and will may be tested. But lean into faith, get creative and the stars will align to bring your dreams to life. Pluto and Mercury combine to give a powerful voice to the people. Will you be one of them? It also could bring some kind of marches.

January 23rd - Mars is the last of the planet parade to move into the sign of Aquarius, while the Sun and Pluto are holding hands. This can be a powerful day for the people, for friend groups, for crypto and the internet. This is a preview of where you may be active for the next 6 weeks while Mars, what motivates us and gets us moving, moves through this sign. The Sun and Pluto may create powerful connections that help unite the people after a long battle.

January 24th - Venus may help you find a fated love over the internet as it makes an odd angle to the South Node in Virgo. In fact, this connection might really surprise you. Really, they are reaching out to you on here? There may still be some karmic work the two of you need to get settled. So take this very slowly whatever 'it' is.

January 26th - we are still getting weird messages now that Mercury, following in Venus's footsteps, is talking at that odd angle to the South Node in Virgo. There are some kind of details you missed in the past and now they are coming up in a way that may shock and surprise you. Whatever you learn there was a reason you had to wait and find out now. Don't shoot the messenger. Then, just like that, Neptune ends its 14 year journey through it's home sign of Pisces. It's time for your dreams to come to life. Things are no longer hidden in the sign of Pisces, they are front and center for all to see. Of course these dreams will spend the next 14 years fully developing. Go after what you want! Between April and October of last year you were introduced to what is possible. But you had to end your delusions, you had to cut cords, and set boundaries. Now that all that is done you can have a fresh start in the area of your chart where your Aries energy resides.

January 27th - Venus and Mercury are hand and hand again, this time in the sign of Aquarius. Words can be more inclusive more loving now. Friends are reaching out to make plans to get together. Money and the internet are working together. It's time to get a little creative. It might also be time to take off to see a loved one. However, with Mars and Pluto the two rulers of the sign of Scorpio combining their powers the energy is going to be extremely intense. If you do decide to do some traveling, take it very slow! If you are in any type of battle it is going to get explosive. Perhaps it is better to put yourself in time out while the energy subsides.

January 29th - it's the Sun's turn to shine a light on the past as it meets at that awkward angle with the south node in Virgo, both at 9 degrees. This is the number of completion and endings, yet again. There may be a chapter in your life that involves the work you do, coming to a close. But don't worry something new or someone new is coming in to replace what no longers makes you healthy.

January 30th - more strange energy as Venus, Mercury in Aquarius, and the Moon and Jupiter in Cancer are crossing paths. This could be a strange and unexpected blessing that lands in your lap, or in your inbox. This is information that could involve your finances popping up unexpectedly. This is based on something you were doing in the past as Jupiter is still retrograde. With the Moon next to Jupiter in it's home sign of Cancer, it is likely to be a very emotional day.

January 31st - those unexpected blessings are how we end the month as Venus and Jupiter remain inconjunct. Just be careful you don't overdo it. Things like spending and eating too much are always possible when the two benefic planets of the zodiac are holding hands. The Moon in Leo is also facing off with Pluto in Aquarius. Pay close attention to this energy, because later in the year Jupiter will have this same conversation with Pluto and it could change who is in a leadership role.

February Preview - In February we have a lot of Venus energy being activated, which means things involving love and money can finally move ahead. We have a Full Moon in Leo on the 1st. Uranus will end it's retrograde on Feb 4th in the sign of Taurus, and we have the first eclipse of the season already, in the sign of Aquarius!! And just in case we were getting too comfortable we have our first Mercury retrograde as well. We will be back together next month to break it all down.
