In 2026 Everything is shiny and new! Yearly Astrology Forecast.

Happy New Year for 2026
Happy New Year 2026!

2026 A year of new beginnings – 2026 is a 1 year. You find this by adding up all the single digits 2 + 0 + 2 + 6 = 10 = 1. The energy of the 1 for is for fresh starts, making this a year where accurate goal setting will be important. Out of the themes of endings and closure from 2025, we now welcome in new opportunities in 2026. The number 1 in the Tarot is the Magician card, the 1 represents all the magical gifts you have to make your dreams a reality. The 9 energy of 2025 was meant to push you to conclude the chapters of your life that no longer fit your overall story, and it wasn't easy letting go. Many experienced hardship in 2025, and had to let go of loved one's, including pets, careers, and dreams, that no longer match their life's purpose.

2025 was extremely unique. Rarely do we see almost all outer planets changing signs, especially while in positive aspect to one another. The minor triangle between Pluto, Neptune and Uranus, gave us opportunities that we have still yet to fully realize.

As you review the goals you want to set for yourself in 2026 you may want to consider the last 1 year we had, which was 2017. What did you experience? What did you learn about new beginnings that you can apply to this year's goal setting? Most importantly what patterns appeared that you want to be sure to never repeat again? Did you perhaps try to start too many new things and never finish any? 2025 should have shown you some patterns that you want to be sure stay in the past, letting them go is helping you make way for new opportunities that will fill your soul with purpose in 2026.

2026 moves us forward from the baseline set by the outer planets in 2025. With Pluto's new journey through the sign of Aquarius, the collective is going through a major transformation period, still. Continuing to learn that the people have the power when they are a united front. Neptune and Saturn will meet up in the sign of Aries in February this year and start a new 36 year cycle, Jupiter will change signs, so will the North and South Node. Venus will have a retrograde towards the end of this year, along with the typical Mercury retrogrades, of course. There is so much opportunity for you in the year ahead, you may not even recognize your life by the time we get to the end of 2026.

Below is the outline of all the Transpersonal, Jupiter and Saturn, and Outer Planets, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. The personal planets, Mars, Sun, Moon, Mercury and Venus, move much more quickly, so will not be discussed in depth, but their retrogrades will be covered. You will want to keep track of those with my weekly video lessons and monthly horoscope articles. You can also use the planning guide, link below, to see how all the planet shifts in 2026 will affect you personally. This is a self help document that you fill out based on your natal chart. All the dates and important transits have already been outlined for you. Booking a personal session, where I walk you through the breakdown will be the most effective way to navigate all the new changes in the year ahead. You can do so with a special offer here.

Let's take a closer look at the work the planets will be going through in 2026. As above so below, means as they do the work so will you. This outline will help prepare you with what is different this year so you can begin to mentally prepare. Below you will get a little bit of history about past transits to help you recognize the work of each individual planet. HIstory is our guide, not a guarantee of the work ahead, but I find it very useful in its ability to teach us by showing us what we have already discovered.

Pluto

Pluto's transit through Aquarius marks a profound collective shift in how society organizes power, technology, and human identity. Historically, the last time Pluto moved through Aquarius (1778–1798), the world experienced revolutionary upheavals — the American and French Revolutions, the rise of democratic ideals, the breakdown of monarchies, and the birth of new social systems. It was a period when ordinary people challenged entrenched power structures and demanded freedom, equality, and broader rights. Science, invention, and intellectual rebellion exploded, transforming how society thought, created, and governed.

In the present era (2023–2044), Pluto’s return to Aquarius brings similar themes but in modern form: the rise of artificial intelligence, decentralization of power, collective movements, and radical changes in how humanity interacts with technology. Pluto exposes shadows, so issues around privacy, freedom, surveillance, social systems, medical technology, and digital identity are being transformed at the root. This transit pushes society toward innovation, but also forces us to confront who controls that innovation — and whether technology will liberate or dominate. Overall, Pluto in Aquarius marks a revolution in how humanity defines community, equality, and the future.

At the beginning of 2026 Pluto empowers every personal planet as they each pass by on their way through the sign of Aquarius. That says to me that everything is about to change. Each planet is transformed from the inside out as they begin the year. The same old same old is not going to cut it in 2026, it's new, it's changed, it's a powerful beginning to an opportunity filled year. This outer planet's work is psychological in nature. This is work you do at a subconscious level, it is often associated with the things you fear. But more fear is not the goal, your ability to manage fear and transform it into a super power is the ideal outcome.

Pluto will retrograde from May 6th through October 16th, giving us time to go within, face our fears in the areas of technology, community, and personal freedom. Those of you with early degree Aquarius Sun, Moon or Rising will see significant change because of Pluto moving between 2 and 4 degrees of the sign this year. Those of you with late degree Aquarius energies between 25-29 degrees, will experience significant breakthroughs as we see the New Moon Solar eclipse at 28 degrees of the sign, and the South Node enter the sign of Aquarius in July. There is much that will be let go or transformed in your lives this year. Of course we are all impacted in some way, but Aquarius planets are doing the heaviest lifting in the year ahead.

Uranus

A Uranus transit through Gemini brings radical shifts in communication, transportation, technology, and how societies exchange ideas. Historically, the last Uranus-in-Gemini period (1942–1949) coincided with major breakthroughs in intelligence gathering, codebreaking, aviation, and global communication. It was the era of WWII cryptography, the rise of computer precursors, jet propulsion, early space technology, and the restructuring of global alliances. Ideas moved faster than ever, and the world’s political landscape was reshaped by new informational power.

When Uranus returned to Gemini in 2025, similar themes re-emerged on a modern scale: explosive advancements in AI language models, quantum computing, global internet restructuring, satellite networks, autonomous vehicles, and new forms of communication. It disrupts how we think, learn, travel, and connect, while also exposing misinformation, cyber-vulnerabilities, and polarized dialogue. Collectively, Uranus in Gemini accelerates innovation but challenges us to evolve how we communicate — pushing humanity toward a new era of technological intelligence, mobility, and information freedom. We were only briefly introduced to these changes in 2025, then Uranus dipped back into Taurus to finish its work there, reshaping the financial network. As of April 25th Uranus will return to Gemini and stay there through 2033.

On September 10th, Uranus will slow down and begin it's retrograde for the year from 5 degrees of Gemini back to just under 2 degrees. With Uranus now in the sign Mercury rules, these months can feel like a very long Mercury retrograde. The weeks of October 24th - November 13th when Mercury is also retrograde may be a good time to plan on slowing down and reworking the details of any project you have previously launched. Details matter, and may easily be confused at this time. Uranus is the ruler of....Aquarius. What the ruling planet does is of importance to your Aquarian planets. So while Pluto is directly influencing you Aquarius, so is Uranus. Which is why I am saying again you have a lot of work on your plate. Of course, so will the Gemini, Sun, Moon and Rising's. Uranus energy is erratic, unexpected, surprising, and never stagnant. It's considered the ruler of the sky's and symbolized by the lighting bolt. Get ready to be shocked at how much you change over these next several years.

Neptune

A Neptune transit through Aries marks the beginning of a new 165-year spiritual and cultural cycle. The last time Neptune moved through Aries (1861–1875), the world experienced sweeping identity shifts, ideological clashes, and the birth of movements rooted in moral conviction and sacrifice. This period included the American Civil War, abolition of slavery, the rise of photography as a new way of seeing reality, and the birth of humanitarian and healing movements. Neptune in Aries dissolves old identities and inspires people to fight for ideals larger than themselves — but it can also blur the line between courage and confusion, or idealism and conflict.

When Neptune returned to Aries in 2025, it signaled a global reset in how humanity understands bravery, identity, and spiritual purpose. After February 2026, collective focus now turns toward personal sovereignty, liberation, and rewriting the meaning of “self.” Expect new forms of activism, the rise of spiritual warriors, blurred boundaries between virtual and physical identity, and global movements rooted in empathy and personal conviction. Neptune dissolves old power structures in Aries style — through courage, conflict, and rebirth — pushing humanity to redefine what it means to lead, protect, and be authentically ourselves.

It is those with early degree Aries Sun, Moon and Rising that will feel inspired to pursue their ideals the most strongly in the year ahead. You already experienced a brief introduction to what is possible when Neptune briefly visited Aries between April and October of 2025. As the planet returns in mid February you will want to be ready to make your dreams a reality.

Neptune will begin reviewing the Aries energy from July 7th - December 12th. In Aries, the warrior spirit within us is awakened. The collective is summoned to dissolve those structures which are getting in the way of us achieving our ideals. Aries is the first house, which means it also represents new beginnings. This energy is responsible for the first American Pope. Imagine what else it will inspire with its longer stay in the sign of Aries.

Saturn

A Saturn transit through Aries brings a collective focus on responsibility, discipline, and maturity in matters of identity, leadership, and action. The last Saturn-in-Aries period (1996–1999) emphasized personal accountability, the rise of individual entrepreneurship, and a global push toward independence and self-reliance. It was a time marked by major shifts in how people asserted themselves — including the early internet boom, new global political identities after the Cold War, and a cultural emphasis on “doing it yourself” and taking initiative. Saturn in Aries tends to test ego, forcing people and societies to act with more integrity, courage, and long-term vision rather than impulsiveness.

When Saturn entered Aries again in the summer of 2025, similar themes resurfaced but with more intensity, as Saturn gave us a preview of a new 29-year cycle. Collectively, this period demands we redefine what leadership and selfhood mean in a rapidly changing world. People may feel pressure to take bold action, make serious decisions about their identity or direction, and confront fears around independence or starting over. It’s a time of building new structures based on personal authenticity, strengthening boundaries, and learning to channel Aries fire into disciplined action rather than burnout. Overall, Saturn in Aries marks the moment when the world must grow up — courageously and responsibly. We have until 2028 to do just that.

The planet will travel between almost 15 and 7 degrees of Aries as it retrogrades back from July 26th - December 10th. This gives us our first deep dive into what we want for ourselves over the next 29 years. Expect the work to run deep and be hard, but worth it nonetheless.

🔥Saturn–Neptune Conjunction in Aries (2025–2026) — Why It Matters

A Saturn–Neptune conjunction marks the end of a 36-year cycle and the beginning of a new one, blending discipline (Saturn) with vision, dreams, and dissolution (Neptune). On February 20th, the two planets will meet exactly at 0 degrees 45 minutes of the first sign of the Zodiac. In Aries, the sign of identity, courage, and initiation, this conjunction dissolves old notions of self while forcing new structures of personal autonomy to emerge. It brings a period where illusions about who we are, what we want, or how we lead are stripped back. Individually, people experience a “spiritual reset,” confronting fears around independence, confidence, survival instincts, and the authenticity of their desires. Saturn makes the intangible real, so dreams, goals, and spiritual truths begin transitioning into solid form — but only after outdated ego structures fall away.

Collectively, this conjunction reshapes global identity, leadership, warfare, activism, and innovation. Neptune blurs boundaries, while Saturn demands accountability, creating a tension that redefines political authority, national identity, and the meaning of personal freedom. This is the birth of a new era of “spiritual warriors,” where societies seek new models of courage, empathy, defense, and sovereignty. Technologies related to virtual identity, anonymity, and embodiment may also transform. Ultimately, this conjunction forces humanity to rebuild its sense of self on deeper, more truthful foundations.

All the Cardinal signs, Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn will feel the need to rise up and lead the change, especially those at the earliest degrees of these signs.

Since we have not experienced this type of cycle in our lifetimes, below is a brief breakdown about the work ahead.

Jupiter

Jupiter in Leo

When Jupiter, the planet of ideals and blessings, moves through Leo beginning June 29th, the collective atmosphere becomes bold, expressive, and creatively generous. Leo is the sign of personal radiance, leadership from the heart, entertainment, risk-taking, and authentic self-expression. Jupiter expands whatever it touches, so this transit amplifies themes of confidence, visibility, and the desire to shine. People feel a stronger need to be recognized, appreciated, and to pursue passions that feel creatively or personally fulfilling. On a cultural level, we often see an increase in celebrity influence, dramatic political personalities, and movements that emphasize identity, pride, and personal sovereignty.

South Node in Leo

The South Node represents release, karmic cleansing, old patterns resurfacing, or a collective “detox” of the sign it travels through. With the South Node in Leo, the themes of ego, validation, performative leadership, and attention-seeking behaviors are up for review. The collective becomes more aware of where pride, creative stagnation, or entitlement have gone too far—and the emphasis leans toward unlearning unhealthy Leo expressions while rediscovering authentic inner courage. We will see a change in leadership, we will see actors and musicians leave and pursue a higher calling. We may even let go of some famous Leo's. Whatever house this touches for you is also experiencing a karmic cleansing. Leo's you especially have your work cut out for you, extended work, as this is a longer transit then we usually see. It won't be until March of 2028 that the South Node will finally leave your sign. Apparently you have build up a lot of karmic debt! Your mantra will be, "Let it all Go!"

When Jupiter Conjoins the South Node and Mars in Leo

When Jupiter meets the South Node and Mars, beginning November 11th, at 25 degrees of the sign, the amplification of Leo energy merges with a karmic clearing point. This can bring dramatic “fated” events around leadership, celebrity culture, personal identity, or creative industries. For individuals, this may feel like a major purge of old ego wounds, outdated creative paths, or relationships built on validation instead of authenticity. At its highest, the conjunction can result in liberation: a release of old fears around being seen or stepping into one’s true gifts. At its lowest, it may expose inflated egos, scandals involving public figures, or collective critiques of power and pride. Overall, the conjunction acts like a reset button—clearing out old Leo themes to make room for a healthier, more heart-centered expression of confidence and creativity. See more on the South Node, below.

Jupiter will go retrograde on December 13th at 27 degrees of Leo, and make it back to 17 degrees of that sign in April of 2027. These months will give you the opportunity to go within and connect with your heart. What no longer aligns with your desires will slowly unravel and leave room for blessings especially in 2027.

Venus Retrograde in Libra → Scorpio (2026): The Collective Impact

A Venus retrograde always brings a slowdown, reevaluation, or reversal of themes related to love, relationships, money, values, beauty, and social harmony. When it begins in Libra, Venus’s home sign, the collective becomes highly attuned to imbalances in relationships—anywhere fairness, reciprocity, or emotional equilibrium has been off. Partnerships (romantic, business, political alliances, treaties, collaborations) may go through renegotiation or revisiting old agreements. Issues of equality, justice, and social cohesion rise to the surface. Old partners may reemerge, unresolved conflicts may reopen, and we collectively reassess what harmony truly requires—not just what looks harmonious on the surface.

As Venus backtracks into Scorpio, the tone deepens. Scorpio exposes the hidden layers beneath Venusian themes: power dynamics, intimacy wounds, financial entanglements, jealousy, betrayal, and psychological ties. This part of the retrograde demands emotional honesty and confronts the shadow side of desire. For individuals, it can bring buried feelings to the surface, intensify passion or conflict, reveal secrets, or force a transformation around attachment patterns. For society, it can highlight issues related to shared resources, financial markets, debt, collective trauma, or scandals around trust and loyalty.

Overall Energetic Signature

This retrograde from October 3rd to November 14th, acts like a two-stage purification: Libra focuses on relationship structure, balance, fairness, and the social veneer. Scorpio dives into truth, power, intimacy, and what needs to be purged or healed.

Together, they create a cycle where relationships and values must evolve from polite compromise into authentic, psychologically rich connection—or fall away entirely. It is a time when the collective becomes acutely aware of where appearances have replaced substance and where deeper transformation is required for genuine harmony.

Mercury

When Mercury retrogrades through all three water signs (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces) in 2026, the collective enters a year of deep emotional review, psychological processing, and intuitive recalibration. Mercury governs communication, thinking, information, and decision-making; in water signs, it shifts away from logic and speed and toward memory, feeling, and subconscious awareness. Collectively, this suggests that 2026 is less about rushing forward with facts and more about feeling our way through truth. Conversations resurface from the past, emotional narratives return for closure, and society becomes preoccupied with healing old wounds—personal, ancestral, and collective. Expect revisiting topics around home and safety (Cancer), power and trauma (Scorpio), and faith, compassion, and disillusionment (Pisces).

On a societal level, these retrogrades can correlate with revelations, leaks, and emotional reckonings tied to history, water, healthcare, mental health, grief, and collective trauma. Information may come out in waves rather than clean timelines, and public discourse may feel emotionally charged or polarized. Miscommunication is more likely when emotions override facts, but these retrogrades also offer powerful opportunities for truth-telling, reconciliation, and intuitive breakthroughs. Old stories that were buried or ignored may finally be acknowledged, particularly those involving vulnerability, loss, or collective neglect.

Overall, Mercury retrograding through all the water signs in one year acts like a collective emotional detox. It asks humanity to slow down, listen more deeply, and integrate feeling with thought before moving ahead. In the context of the larger 2026 astrology—new cycles beginning, identities dissolving, and systems restructuring—these water retrogrades help ensure that progress isn’t just innovative, but emotionally conscious, compassionate, and rooted in lived human experience.

Mercury is the planet that rules communication, community and transportation, information, and all the little facts and details. It is ruler of Gemini and Virgo. It is considered the messenger of the Gods as it flies quickly around the sky delivering messages between all the planets. As mentioned above the planet will have its 3 retrogrades in the Water signs this year. The first retrograde won't happen until February 26th in the sign of Pisces, where Mercury works with Venus as she moves through the sign. Pisces invite us to use words to heal. This retrograde will ask us to think back on the things we have said or done that have caused others pain, and then make amends.

The 2nd retrograde happens in the sign of Cancer in July, technically on June 29th through July 23rd. Helping us to review topics associated with our homes, our families, even our ancestors, along with what security means. Much like the Pisces retrograde, this one too gets to the heart of the matter. Where are you misaligned with your family? For some there may be a call to return home, to return to your roots. Even though it may be temporary the healing effects will be lasting.

The 3rd retrograde will happen in Scorpio beginning on October 24th through November 13th. Anytime Mercury is in Scorpio the planet digs up the truth. This time around Mercury spends the entire time in Scorpio, compared to its 2025 transit that split its focus between Scorpio and Sagittarius. The intensity will capture the attention of the world.

Chiron

🌿 Chiron in Taurus: Collective Themes & Impact

Chiron—the Wounded Healer—reveals where we carry deep pain, and where we’re ultimately meant to become teachers, innovators, or healers. After spending years in Aries (the sign of identity, courage, and initiation), Chiron will enter Taurus, shifting the collective wound from the personal self to the material and physical realm.

Chiron in Aries (2018–2027): What We’re Leaving Behind

During its time in Aries, Chiron focused on:

  • Identity wounds (“Who am I?”)

  • Confidence and courage injuries

  • Survival and self-assertion issues

  • Healing around anger, autonomy, and personal will

  • Reclaiming the right to exist and take up space

Chiron in Aries pushed people to confront where they had been silenced, ignored, or made to feel insignificant. Many were forced onto new paths, identities, or personal beginnings they didn’t choose—but ultimately grew stronger through.

🌱 Chiron in Taurus ( June 2027–2036): The New Healing Themes

The last transit of Chiron through Taurus occurred roughly from 1976 to 1983, and it coincided with a period of profound collective wounds—and healing—around money, material security, the body, food, and self-worth.

During this time, many countries experienced economic instability and inflation, including the late-1970s energy crises, rising fuel prices, and a widespread loss of trust in financial systems. These events exposed deep vulnerabilities around survival, resources, and dependence on material structures—classic Taurus themes. At the same time, there was growing awareness of scarcity vs. abundance, prompting shifts in how people valued work, money, and long-term stability. The pain of “not enough” became visible, but so did new conversations about sustainability and value.

On a cultural and healing level, this era also marked a turning point in how society related to the physical body and the Earth. The late 1970s and early 1980s saw the rise of holistic health movements, natural foods, organic farming, body-based therapies, and a stronger connection between healing and the senses. Issues around body image, self-esteem, and environmental stewardship gained traction. In essence, Chiron in Taurus revealed where humanity felt unsafe or unworthy—and began the slow process of healing by reconnecting to the body, the land, and more authentic definitions of value and security.

As Chiron moves into Taurus, the wound shifts from identity to security, self-worth, and material stability.

Core Themes Emerging with Chiron in Taurus

1. Self-worth wounds come to the surface. This transit exposes where we have tied our value to productivity, income, appearance, or external approval. Healing will revolve around rebuilding unshakable internal worth.

2. Money wounds + scarcity trauma. Old patterns around lack, hoarding, under-earning, overspending, or fear of instability rise for healing—both personally and economically.

3. Relationship with the body. Taurus rules the senses and physical form. Chiron here highlights:

  • body image wounds

  • disconnection from physical pleasure

  • stress-related illness

  • the need to slow down and ground

4. Land, environment, and food issues. Collectively, this can bring attention to:

  • food insecurity

  • supply chain instability

  • environmental damage

  • sustainable agriculture

  • reconnecting with nature

5. Healing through embodiment. This Chiron transit urges humanity toward:

  • somatic healing

  • nervous system regulation

  • reconnecting to intuitive eating and natural rhythms

  • slower, simpler living

6. Value systems become central. We collectively rethink:

  • What is truly valuable?

  • What is worth investing in?

  • What comforts do we cling to?

Chiron in Taurus pushes us to repair the foundation—materially and emotionally—that we stand on.

🌍 Why This Transition Matters

Moving from Aries (the spark of life) to Taurus (the soil that nourishes it), Chiron asks us to heal how we sustain ourselves, not just how we define ourselves.

Where Chiron in Aries said:“I must heal to exist.”Chiron in Taurus says:“I must heal to feel safe, worthy, and supported.”

This period will reshape how we think about security, money, the body, the Earth, and the meaning of abundance. It may be uncomfortable at first—but ultimately deeply stabilizing.

The planet will retrograde between 00 degrees and 52 minutes of the sign of Taurus back to 26 degrees 15 minutes of Aries. This is a transition year. We have a chance to be introduced to our Taurus work during the summer months. Then it is back into Aries from September 17th and through the end of the year. In 2027 we will fully transition to healing our Taurean wounds.

The Fates

The Nodes change signs this year! They will transition from the Pisces/Virgo axis to Aquarius/Leo. The Nodes change signs about every 19 months, in order to teach us lessons about our karma and dharma. The North Node is like a big pair of shoes we need to grow into, the South Node, is the pair you had last year that no longer fits. If you try to stay in that old pair you will be uncomfortable and miserable. Ideally we transition at just the right time from the old shoes into the new.

When the Nodes shift from the Pisces–Virgo axis to the Aquarius–Leo axis in 2026, the collective focus moves from healing, purification, and emotional/spiritual integration toward themes of innovation, individuality, and creative self-expression. The Pisces–Virgo period emphasizes dissolving old patterns, improving health systems, and refining daily life, but the Aquarius–Leo years (2026–2028) shift the cultural storyline toward reinvention—of identity, technology, community structures, and what it means to shine as an individual within the collective. Society becomes more future-oriented, with rapid changes in AI, social movements, leadership roles, and creative industries. We crave authenticity, originality, and freedom more urgently than conformity or routine.

On an individual level, the North Node in Aquarius pushes people to detach from ego-based validation and embrace collaboration, innovation, and visionary thinking. The South Node in Leo asks us to release outdated identities, pride structures, or attention-seeking behaviors that no longer fit. People may feel called to express themselves differently, join new social circles, experiment with technology, or contribute to causes larger than themselves. It encourages “I shine in a way that benefits the whole,” rather than performing for approval. Will we see the fall of social platforms and shows focused on the lives of celebrities?

This nodal shift can bring a cultural wave of reinvention—changing how we form communities, how we use technology, how we create, and how we lead. Individuals are urged to discover what makes them unique, while also learning how their gifts contribute to the evolving future of society. The world becomes more experimental, liberated, and unconventional during this period, but it also confronts the tension between personal ego vs. collective needs, a theme that will shape the era.

The eclipses are aligned with our fated life's work, our purpose. We will see the first set in February and March with a New Moon Solar Eclipse in Aquarius, and a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in the sign of Virgo, it's last call on letting go of unhealthy behaviors. Then, in August we have the New Moon Solar Eclipse in the sign of Leo, an introduction to our new fated path. Finally the last bit of work we need to do based on the North Node finishing its time in the sign of Pisces happens with the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in August. Whatever you didn't finish, will be finished now, the work on your personal dreams is complete. More details on where and when these happen can be found in the worksheet at the link below.

Summary

Astrologically, 2026 is a major pivot year, marking the transition into a very different social, political, and technological atmosphere. With Saturn and Neptune conjunct in Aries, society experiences a collapse of old structures and the birth of entirely new frameworks—especially around identity, leadership, sovereignty, and personal autonomy. Saturn brings the boundaries; Neptune dissolves them; Aries ignites action. This combination often correlates with periods where systems break down so that new pioneering models can emerge. We may see the rise of new forms of governance, digital infrastructure, and personal freedoms, along with collective confusion as old identities no longer provide stability. It’s a “new beginning born out of fog,” pushing humanity toward courage, innovation, and self-determination.

At the same time, the Nodes shift into Aquarius and Leo, ushering in a global focus on social reform, technology, community networks, and the tension between individual creative expression (Leo) and collective evolution (Aquarius). AI, robotics, and digital activism accelerate rapidly, but so does the need for authenticity, heart-centered leadership, and the reclamation of personal power. When Jupiter moves through Leo, the collective becomes more expressive, dramatic, and bold—yet the South Node’s presence requires humility and a clearing of ego-driven leadership models. All together, 2026 becomes a year of reinvention: the collapse of old identities, the rise of new systems, and a collective call to fuse innovation with humanity, courage with compassion, and individual brilliance with communal purpose.

If you want to fully plan your year ahead, and see how the planets will impact your life, I have an expanded worksheet available here. You may need to create a free dropbox account to access it. You can fill this out by working with a copy of your birth chart to see what houses will be impacted, and if you have any natal planets that are directly impacted as well. Of course, it is best to work with a trained astrologer, like me. However, if you like to play Jr Astrologer this is a great way to get started.

This worksheet is filled out for you as a part of booking an extended reading session to review the year ahead. See it on my website here. To create a free birth chart you can visit a site like Astro.Com and enter your day, time and place of birth. The chart will show you what houses all of your natal planets are in. Additionally it shows you what house you have the signs listed above in your chart as well. This is how you will apply the worksheet above. Coaching clients can choose to do this work in one of their sessions as well! Enjoy!

Happy New Year!!
