The Moon and Sun will oppose each other at 27 degrees 59 minutes of Leo and Aquarius, at about 9:56 am MST. Balancing our Me versus We energy will be a major theme of this event. Leo is all about me, while Aquarius is worried about everyone being included. Every full moon brings the energy of opposition. Sometimes it takes a bit of pressure for us to achieve our goals. We may need a light to shine brightly on our goals in order for us to see them clearly. This full moon we have a little extra tension because of the t-square to the Nodes of fate, which are going to create a Fixed Cross.
Leo is the 5th sign in the Zodiac, its ruler is the Sun. Where the Sun is at in your chart shows what you need to feel successful, the house is what helps you achieve success. Leo is energy that is ruled by fire. It likes to be moving. It loves attention and being on stage. A full moon brings things to a close. So, there is a final bow about to happen in the area that Leo represents in your chart.
Perhaps 6 months ago when we had the New Moon in Leo you set intentions for more fun, romance, and joy in your life, all 5th house topics. Perhaps you wished to heal your heart since Leo rules the heart. Maybe you are planning to have children, or more children. See you made a contract before coming here to earth, and you are supposed to stay on track, stay on your path. The Sun squares the Nodes and so does the Moon. This is a big event unfolding for us, also known as a cross, in fact it is a fixed cross. There are 4 energies all pushing at one another. Imagine a 4 way stop and a round of who is going to move first, and everyone keeps trying to move forward at the same time. A fixed cross means that all four areas being covered by the cross are in fixed signs. Aka the most stubborn signs in the zodiac, said with love of course. Taurus, Aquarius, Scorpio and Leo are all being activated during this full moon. Like it or not you are going to have to introduce some flexibility into your life. Whatever is getting squeezed for you at this time, the outcome is very fated. When the Nodes are activated there are lessons that must be learned, karma that must be resolved.
Pluto at 27 degrees of Capricorn will be inconjunct the Moon in Leo. There is a power struggle ending, especially involving love relationships. Pluto says it’s time to take your power back, and the way you do so might surprise even you. Pluto makes you go deep, and the work is usually very slow. This would suggest you have been working on this for some time now, especially considering Pluto is starting to wrap up its time in Capricorn, it’s very long time. Any planets you have in this 25-29 degrees are getting a workout during the full moon.
Mercury has moved on from its time with Pluto and just entered into Aquarius, where it continues to cover the territory of its retrograde. This could be the outcome from how you stood up for yourself earlier in the week. Some type of news coming in.
Mars and Venus are exactly conjunct at 16 degrees of Capricorn. Not close enough to be influential, but still in a loose trine to Uranus, and Leo does rule love, so there could still be some impacts on your love life in general. Passions are very strong now, and Uranus always likes to stir some things up! Love and action coming together and lasting for several more weeks, this could be the start of something big. Both are loosely connecting to Neptune in Pisces, which could make love very dreamy and foggy. Be careful to not get lost in dreamland and forget to see reality.
Jupiter and Uranus are in a sextile to one another which adds extra crazy to this energy. Jupiter always expands on what it touches. This is power to the people. This is confrontations getting bigger and crazier. This too is with us for at least a week. Uranus is the current ruler of the sign of Aquarius where the Sun is sitting. This activates that opposition and fixed cross even more. Jupiter is a kinder teacher than Saturn, but he still makes things larger than life when you are acting like an idiot, or pretending you don’t see the truth right in front of you. Don’t let that be you. Instead use the energy to launch something big, like a course of study or your spiritual practice.

Libra/Aries/Cancer/Capricorn – the 11th house is our tribe, the 5th house our personal joy, and they are arguing over which is more important while the 2nd house of the money you make is at odds with the 8th house of the money you receive from others. This is a lot of Me vs We energy going on and a need to establish some boundaries, and make sure you are contributing what you should. Libra do you need to end the work you are doing with a particular group? Aries is it time to think about ending a frivolous affair? Capricorn it might be time for a nice payout from something other than your job, but are you willing to let someone in to help? Leo energy sure does love a big show, and it looks like this one will not disappoint. The farther you are off your path, the bigger the adjustment that is coming in for you.
