There is something about the almost summer weather that really lifts the spirits here in the Northwest. So thankful for the sunny days! Our cards say we have some work to do today.
One of my biggest cheerleaders has his solar return today, and that means themes of the day are the themes for the year. A solar return chart is a look at the year ahead based on when the sun returns to the exact degree it was when you were born. It is a great tool for planning ahead and knowing when particular energies will be available to you.
Our general energy card is the 8 of Pentacles/Autumn. This speaks to needing to pay extra attention to the details. We are studying and perfecting our skills on a day like today. Which is perfect with Mercury now moved into Taurus. This is a sign of slowing down, of doing the work. And 8 means we have the power to do what needs to be done. This could mean it is time to enroll in a class, further your degree or just take the next step at work. Even self-study and enrichment can be called for.
The relationship card is Chaos and Conflict. This means there is a purpose to all that is being shaken up in your relationships today. Both are trying to help you see the true picture and what is really going on. Are you being stubborn for the sake of being stubborn? Do you just have to be right? Would you rather be right than be loved? Do you have a protective shield around you and refuse to let anyone see the real you for fear of being hurt? It's time to break through this type of thinking. Lead with love not with ego. When you let down your guard today you can actually resolve this conflict and move forward whether this be work or personal relationships. When the real you shines through, just like in this picture, you will be back in the flow and abundance will unfold for you.
The Goddess today is Green Tara and her message is Salvation. She is sending you someone today that is an important part of your life path and journey. If there is some area of life you are working on and need a little extra help, she will send you who you need. This is the help you need, whether you realized you needed it or not. The additional message is to trust in the plan, there is a higher power at work here. You don't need to know the who, what, where, when or why. You just need to have faith. If you do then there is no need to worry and definitely no need for fear.
The numerological energy today is a 4. That means we are building our foundations for the future. Whatever we kick off is setting the stage for the future.
The astrological energy matches Green Tara. There are things bubbling up to the surface today that are fated. North Node and Venus are in a tsquare with Saturn. North Node is your fated path, your life purpose. Saturn is Karma, structure, and discipline. Venus is at the apex of the square giving you a way through their opposition, a way to relieve the pressure. There is something important happening where love and/or money is concerned. This will be seen where these planets show up in your chart. When this person shows up for you there will be a need for you to take action. A square means a change in direction is needed, you have to turn the corner to actually see what is waiting just around it. You may have already started to experience this, and the influence will last a few more days. By Thursday when Venus trines over to Jupiter you will start to see the rewards for your efforts.
